Email hello@shelfie.africa from the address or phone number on your Shelfie account and ask us to delete your data. Include your business name so we can find the right account. We reply and confirm deletion within 7 days.
Staff can remove their own enrolled face data at any time from Team settings inside the app, without waiting on a request — this takes effect immediately.
Your profile (name, phone, email), any enrolled face data, and attendance/scan records tied to you personally. Stock ledger entries a business needs for its own records may be retained in anonymized form (counts and timestamps, with the identifying link to you removed) rather than deleted outright, since they belong to the business's stock history, not to you individually.
