Shelfie is a vision-assisted stock counting tool. It reads what's visible in the photos your staff take and pre-fills a count table — it does not see hidden or occluded stock, and every count must be confirmed by a person before it's used for reporting. Treat AI counts as a starting point, not a guaranteed audit.
A one-time ₦1,000 charge unlocks a 14-day trial with full access for one business. After the trial, each business needs an active monthly plan to keep scanning and creating new records — a lapsed subscription moves a business to read-only mode, then to a fully locked state after a grace period. Payments are processed by Paystack.
You're responsible for getting consent from staff before enrolling their face data, for the accuracy of the products and prices you enter, and for how you use discrepancy reports in dealing with your staff.
